To conduct the sealing process of exotic woods (our final process) a crew of 3-4 qualified Deck Tech Technicians will return to the job site and perform the following steps:
| SETUP: We begin by protecting the working area including any structures and/or surrounding landscaping. | | SAND: The deck is given an extensive sanding on the entire wood surface using a fine grit sandpaper (e.i. floors, pickets, top rails, seated areas of the deck, etc.). | | CONSULT: Depending on the type of exotic wood to be sealed, your Deck Tech Representative may consult with you on the recommended type of sealant required. | | SEAL: Once the previous steps have been completed your deck is sealed with a specific sealer based on your exotic wood type. | | CLEANUP: The surrounding job site area is thoroughly cleaned |
