STRUCTURE PREP: A technician checks for any protruding nails. SAND: The deck is given a light sanding on the affected areas (e.i. floors, pickets, top rails, seated areas of the deck, etc.). SEAL: Once the previous steps have been completed your deck is sealed with DT-1000 wood preservative. Our Technician carefully applies our preservative and confirms that all wood surfaces have proper saturation by brushing and rolling the sealant onto the wood surface. This ensures those areas are protected. Any excess stain is removed by the use of a natural lamb-wool applicator, whereby promoting proper distribution and drying. CLEANUP: In this final step, we clean up the job site and leave you with a beautifully restored wood finish.
